Adults Programs

Adults Exercise Program: Adults exercise programs range from Yoga to TAI CHI, Socasize to Bollybit as well as Reggearobics and our Malvern10 Million Step walking initiative. This low and high impact exercise initiatives are available on a weekly basis. Light and healthy snacks are provided. In addition, health and wellness workshops are also offered a minimum of twice a month by our health professionals- Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dieticians, Social Worker/Therapist among others.

Creative Women’s Kitchen: is an initiative designed to address the Social Determinants of Health by teaching people to cook nutritious meals within limited budget and also provides support and social engagement activities for both children and adults living in the Wilcox Creek/Grace Hartman Housing Co-operatives.

Step It Women’s Program: is a psycho-educational group designed to address barriers that limit adult women from reaching their full potential.Through group discussion, healthy activity and exercise, guest speakers and educational sessions, women come together and share their experience while building and renewing a sense of community.
